Modus Operandi:
We operate in the following models to suit the customer’s need
 
Setting up Center for the Customer:-
Set up center for customers as per their requirements and standards.
This works as a turnkey project.
Build Operate Transfer (BOT):-
Similar to the above. However the project does not end like a turnkey one. We continue to take charge of operations and delivery also. The center gets transferred to the customer on a pre-fixed schedule.
Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT):-
Similar to above except that the investments partly or full) come from us.
Joint Venture:-
The finances and the business are shared among certain closed group and
so are the revenues.
 
Scope of Work:
 
Form a Core Team of Leadership
Find, evaluate and settle facility to establish the Center
Guide and supervise the complete infrastructure for the Center
Set up e-infrastructure to meet the customer specification
Evaluate delivery requirements, hiring and training of domain expertise.
Oversee transition of business from off shore clients
Start and set up operations
Set up Processes and Policies
Put Quality norms in place and design audit process for the same
To oversee day-to-day operations and smooth delivery to customer on agreed SLA’s.
